How to Make a Complaint

We want every homeowner who reaches Suppliedsciences Windows & Siding to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, work, warranties, and customer service. If you have a problem with work on your home, start with the provider. Raise it with them directly and keep a written record.

Still, we want to hear about it. Your feedback helps keep our network honest. A provider that keeps falling short of our expectations may be removed. Please know that Suppliedsciences Windows & Siding cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, handle warranty claims, or make choices for a provider.

How to File

Email contact@suppliedsciences.property and include:

• Your name and how to reach you
• The date you contacted us or the provider
• The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
• The provider's name, if you know it
• What happened, in plain words, and what outcome you want

After You File

We will confirm we got your complaint by email. This usually takes a few business days. We will look into what happened. That may include talking to the provider. Then we will write back with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

Still Not Happy?

You can reply and ask us to take another look. You may also reach out to your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For contractor issues, a state or local contractor licensing board may also help.
